Kids Ministry


  • Welcome Team (Weekend)  - Welcome and check in kids including those visiting with the use of electronic devices, and help direct families to their respective rooms.

Spiritual Gifts: All welcome

Skills & Abilities: Warm and outgoing, administration, public relations, customer service and computer literacy. Able to give directions.

Commitment: Normally a bi-monthly roster from 20 minutes before the commencement of your preferred church service to 30 minutes after (e.g. 3:40pm – 4:30pm)



  • Primary Schools Friday Fun Nights    - An after-school outreach programme in our local state primary schools. This is a great and fun programme which allow us to meet and serve the families in our community by creating an awesome environment for families to play together and reinforce the value of encouraging one another. We welcome Life Groups to get involved in serving with us.

    Set up/pack up and connecting with kids and the families on allocated evening that programme is held.

Spiritual Gifts: All welcome

Skills & Abilities: No special skills required as training is provided.

Commitment: Three hours on allocated evening that programme is held. Usually once a term on a Friday night.



  • Arts/Crafts Preparations (Weekday) - Preparation of craft materials (may be completed in your own home). This usually includes cutting shapes or at times collation of craft materials. All materials provided.

Spiritual Gifts: All welcome

Skills & Abilities: No special skills required.

Commitment: When available during the week.



  • General Administration (Weekday) - General office work, including typing, photocopying, collating, sorting and folding.

Spiritual Gifts: All welcome

Skills & Abilities: Organised, able to take directions and a willingness to serve. Attention to detail. Sound computer skills appreciated.

Commitment: By arrangement. May be on a regular basis or at times of specific need.



  • Team Member (Weekend) - Engaging with our amazing kids leading parts of the program which may include welcoming families and kids, assisting in crafts, running games, encouraging praise & worship, leading small group activity or teaching Bible lessons.

Spiritual Gifts: All welcome

Skills & Abilities: No special skills required as training is provided.

Commitment: Bi-monthly roster. Saturday or Sunday for 3 hours (0.5 hr before and after service for team briefing is crucial)
